MTS PROVIDES POOL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Multiplicity Therapeutic Services (MTS), who provides intensive behavioral services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, created an incredibly generous Pool Scholarship fund of $10,000 to be used for 21 RCRC consumers for one year through October 2010. California’s State budget for Regional Center services for people with disabilities has been reduced due to the poor economy. Passage of the State budget included a new State law that suspends payment for all social/recreational services, which includes our warm water therapy pool. MTS, a vendor of the Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC) decided to take action. 

Charles Chojnacki, President and CEO of MTS, said he understands the importance of exercise and recreation in the lives of children and adults with disabilities and did not want to see their programming interrupted. Mr. Chojnacki’s generous donation will allow Easter seals to continue providing exceptional services to children and adults with disabilities living in our local community. Thank you MTS!
